Agents

Planning something means collecting all the details — and then making them work together. In Tentanote, I can put those details side by side on a shared canvas, then invite an agent into that space to help. This time, I need help because I agreed to sort out my friends' wedding seating.

Mia and Theo get married Saturday. Fifteen guests, three tables, and some very specific requests. Grandma Rose needs the last bus. Carol and Frank are divorced. And Jon is coming. "Mia says it's fine. It is not fine." Uncle Dave can't stop talking about crypto. We'll need someone willing to listen. The details are here. Now I mention Claude on a sticky and ask: Seat all fifteen guests at the three tables, five per table, following all the notes on this board. Create one sticky per table.

Claude reads the board and shares its progress under my ask. Luckily, Ben actually enjoys talking about crypto. There's someone for everyone.

Rose is by the door for her bus. Jon is away from Mia's family. And Dave and Ben have found each other. Everyone's seated, five per table, with all the seating rules followed. Each new card says "Claude for Alex" underneath, so we know an agent made it for me.

Want to take it back? One Undo removes everything Claude added for that ask. Redo brings it back.

Now, dinner. Priya's gone vegan, and the caterer needs to know. Claude, add Priya's vegan meal to the caterer list.

There's the new checklist item, with Claude's avatar beside it. Agents can add things, but they can't change or delete my existing notes, or move my cards. My carefully arranged board stays that way. And they only see the spaces I share with them.

Seating sorted. Vegan meal remembered. Uncle Dave has someone to talk to. I think I might have saved the entire evening. That's how agents work in Tentanote.
