Shipping
United States: $8 per order, free from $100. Usually 3–6 business days once it ships.
International: $24 per order, tracked, usually 7–14 business days once it ships. Import duties and taxes, where your country charges them, are collected by the carrier on delivery.
International orders ship to Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Poland, Czechia, Japan, Singapore. If yours isn't listed, email and ask.
Arrived broken
Resin survives most things, but not every parcel. If a figure arrives damaged, email a photo within 30 days of delivery and a replacement is made and sent at no cost. No need to send the broken one back.
Returns
Changed your mind? Return an unused figure in its packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the figure. Return postage is yours, and the refund goes back to the card you paid with once it arrives.
Care
Dust with a soft, dry brush. Keep it out of long direct sun, which slowly warms the cream coat toward yellow, and away from solvents. It is a figure, not a toy: not for small children or dogs, including the original.
